Same Day Delivery

  • Available within Kirkintilloch and Surrounding Areas, on orders placed by 10:00 AM. Orders received after this time, or from further afield, will be delivered the next working day.

  • Same-day delivery does not apply to bespoke Sympathy or Wedding arrangements. Please allow at least 2 days' notice for these.

Delivery Times

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless pre-arranged.

  • Saturday Deliveries: We can accommodate Saturday deliveries, however due to wedding events these must be pre-arranged. Please call us before placing your order to avoid cancellations.

  • Orders can be collected from our studio with 24 hours' notice.

What Happens If the Recipient Isn't Home?

  • We will first attempt to deliver the flowers to a neighbour and leave a calling card. If this is not possible, we will return the flowers to our studio and arrange a redelivery.

  • To help ensure successful delivery, please provide detailed information at checkout, including the recipient’s telephone number.

  • We will never leave flowers exposed to the weather or in an unsecured location. If you have a safe place that you would like us to leave your flowers, please provide this information at checkout.

Can We Reuse An Order?

  • Yes, we reserve the right to refuse any order. Anonymous orders are not accepted. Every order must include a signed message.

Sustainability

  • To minimise waste, all bouquets are delivered in a fully recyclable eco-vase. We use cardboard vases and liners, avoiding unnecessary cellophane or wrapping unless specifically requested. The focus is always on the flowers – the true showstoppers – not excessive packaging!

My Flowers Aren't As I Expected

  • Some flowers may arrive slightly closed or in bud form. This ensures the recipient can enjoy watching them bloom and helps the arrangement last longer.

  • Once delivered, care of the flowers becomes the recipient’s responsibility. Please refer to aftercare instructions provided to ensure longevity of blooms.

  • Images on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Each arrangement is uniquely designed subject to season and availability.
